Please read the following terms carefully before sending any product back to Pretty Unique for return.
Right of withdrawal
For purchases made through our online store, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the products, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision with a clear statement before the expiration of the relevant deadline.

For faster identification of the return, please include your full name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the products must be sent without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw.
Condition of returned products
The consumer may inspect a product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, as they would reasonably be able to inspect it in a physical store.
Returned products must:

be properly packaged to be protected during transport,
-
be accompanied, where possible, by their original packaging and accessories,
-
not have been used or handled beyond what is necessary for their reasonable inspection,
-
not have been damaged after their delivery to the customer.
In the event of handling beyond what is necessary, the consumer may be liable for the decrease in the product's value resulting from such handling, in accordance with applicable law.
Cosmetics, personal care products, and hygiene reasons
For certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the protective seal has been removed or tampered with after delivery.
This exception applies only when the legal conditions are met and does not mean that every cosmetic or personal care product is automatically exempt from the right of withdrawal.
A product that has been unsealed or used and falls under this specific legal exception for health or hygiene reasons will not be accepted as a return due to a change of mind.
Return shipping costs due to change of mind
When the return is made under the right of withdrawal because the customer changed their mind, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.
Pretty Unique does not cover the shipping costs for returns made solely due to a change of mind.
We recommend sending with tracking and keeping proof of shipment until the process is complete.
Packages sent to Pretty Unique with cash on delivery will not be accepted, unless a different written agreement has been made in advance.

Incorrect, damaged or defective product
If you receive a different product from what you ordered, a damaged product, a defective product, or a product that does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us as soon as possible.

For faster investigation of the incident, you may be asked for photos of the product, packaging, and/or shipping label.
Sending photos is used to facilitate the investigation of the incident and does not limit the consumer's legal rights.
In cases for which the seller is responsible according to applicable law, the consumer is not charged with the necessary expenses for the resolution of the problem.
This policy does not limit the consumer's legal rights in case of a defective or non-conforming product.
Refunds
After the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund of the amounts is made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw.
Pretty Unique may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise, without incurring any additional charges for the consumer.
In the event of withdrawal from the entire order, the cost of the basic, most economical delivery method offered at the time of purchase is also refunded.
If the customer chose a more expensive delivery method than the basic available option, Pretty Unique is not obliged to refund the additional cost incurred by this choice.
Partial order return
In the event of a partial return of an order, the refunded amount is calculated based on the actual price paid for the returned products, taking into account any discounts or promotions applied to the original order.
Products on offer or with a discount code
The purchase of a product on offer or with a discount code does not waive the consumer's legal rights.
In the event of a return, the amount actually paid for the product is taken into account, not the original price before the discount was applied.
